前段时间陈老师邀请我做一个项目，是一家在北京做现代水煮鱼的川菜餐饮店。老板很神奇，他努力研发发现76.6的水温的鱼肉是最美味的。哈哈，听到这个我觉得这个老板很认真，所以接下了这个项目。翻滚，鱼，麻辣。我就想起了葛饰北斋的神川里浪。所以我就想一群自带温度计的鱼跳跃着跟随着浪翻腾起来。最终落入像大海的锅里。辣椒，花椒，伴随着海浪浅浅的漂浮在海上，日光照耀下来，这场水煮鱼之战就这样落下了帷幕。 Some time ago, Mr. Chen invited me to do a project.
